Talk with a technical representative
We had a technical representative out to the house two days ago after repeated outages of every service we get from Xfinity; including voice, cable, and Internet, while here the replaced a Splitter, two TV boxes and the modem. Our service was restored for all of 1 1/2 days before it went down again and now I cannot speak with a human being
