You make it virtually impossible to talk to a live person or can I find a phone number anywhere on line to get help.

i only have my i phone and need help with my bill and it says return unused equipment 

i don’t have any unused equipment that hasn’t long sense been returned

i can’t find a phone number for Xfinity anywhere

I have been trying for weeks to add my husbands new email address [Edited: "Personal Information"] to our IPhone mail apps. I know how to do this, have tried several times and usually the error I receive is “[Edited: "Personal Information"] is not available”

What do you mean -How can I add a Comcast email account to Outlook? Of course an error as it is not a Hotmail account? If I try to add to another email app I get an error: “LessSecureAuthDisbled-see Xfinity for help”

Thank you, you may need to update the security settings on the email side. 

 

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Gear icon, then select Settings.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Uncheck the box under Third Party Access Security to prevent third-party programs access to your Xfinity Email, or check the box to allow access.
