I need to know why my account price went up when I'm not getting half the channels you say I am. I am about to cancel Comcast. It went from $115 to $138, and why is that? [Edited: "All caps"]

Hello Murf1954 , I understand your frustration seeing a change in price on the bills and missing channels. I would be happy to check into your package and account and see what is going on. Was the price change just this month, or when did the increase occur?

yes why has it gone up and   after looking a tmy list half of the channels   i do not have

I can check the account to see what is going on. In order to do so please send me a direct message with your full name and the address, and we can look into everything for you. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
