The issue is not being able to talk to a human. Live. On the phone. No number of answers here will resolve that issue.

So do I, but Xfinity Customer Service is a terrible joke. They will not connect me to a human. The automated "assistant" even hangs up on me.

What a shame that Xfinity makes us uncomfortable and not able to talk with representatives! We pay them salaries and not able to talk about our needs or have a discussion! Stop to milk out our wallets ! Make options for customers to talk physically by phone and get resolved our issues.
