Talk to an actual live human?

So, I can't seem to get to an actual live human at your customer service. Omar the chatbot doesn't even tell you that he's a chatbot, but it's pretty obvious, with the constantly doing the same repeat of mistake phrases that try to mimic natural speech. Not to mention the extreme monotone voice. 

When I call to talk to a human, it's because I couldn't get anywhere with the chat reps from India who have an extreme lack of ability (system-wise capability.) to do anything, and I need an actual human with reasoning skills, who won't just lie to me when it hallucinates.
