Talk to a Representative
Hello, I need to speak with someone about my phone plan. I can't get anyone on the phone, it constantly directs me to use the chat and your chat never works. I get an error message every time I open it. I need to speak with someone, please let me know how I can do this. Your customer service is extremely frustrating, shouldn't be this hard to speak with someone.
