How do you actually talk to a person at Xfinity? The Xfinity assistant is completely useless, just asking the same questions on a loop, and the phone just keeps sending me back to Xfinity assistant, which again, is totally useless. Does no one work at Xfinity anymore????

I'm trying to upgrade my service - the xfinity assistant is a joke.  Need a rep to review options. Xfinity assistant keeps going in a loop over and over again.  It's telling me to go the the web, my Xfinity internet is down - so how the F can I go on the web?  Terrible bot designed for the 1980's.  I'm cutting the cord and now that phone carriers are offering streaming it is the way to go. 

Worst customer service I have ever seen.
