user_xju9hp Thank you so much for reaching out for help with getting this line taken care of. Most of the time, requests like this are entered automatically by the last tech. For example, if the line needs to be taken care of after an installation, the installation tech would set up a request for the additional work to be done. 

Could you tell me when the line in question was installed?
