Talk to a live person about promotional discounts

I want to review offers line by line on a promo deal you offered - looks too good to be true. I have extra TV boxes and the chat bot was saying those fees are included in the price it quoted. Not sure if that's true. Hard sell to sign up for xFi complete. No installations changes (you'll set it up in my home for free?). Couldn't address my existing discounts. Wouldn't/couldn't email me the details - just wanted to include a consent form in the link. Like most of your customers, very frustrated. StarLink is looking better and better.

Update: The bot finally texted that I could speak with a live person and gave me a "virtual hold confirmation number". I was to wait for the call. Still waiting . . . Probably didn't want to deal with my questions anymore and texted this to get me off his queue.
