Talk to a live agent

I have been trying to talk to a live agent the kind you can speak to but can’t get past the automation. It is very important that i speak with a live agent because I have some important issues to discuss on my account. To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Hi user_1b488d, I know it's not a great feeling to struggle to get the support you need, but you've come to the best Forum for help. Are you able to create your own post in the relevant support board with the details regarding your concern?
