Talk to a human

This is the 4th time in the day the internet has gone starting yesterday evening. You get one holiday and this keeps happening plus xfinity won’t connect you to a human to drop it down and for such a high charge other services are looking better

If there is an ongoing issue in the area, our system would provide all the currently available information to you in a few ways. The automated system, the Xfinity app, the Xfinity assistant, and the Xfinity status center would all let you know with a message and any details that are available. This would also be the same information that any agent you speak with has access to as well.
