Symmetrical in Arlington, VA
Is there a timeline for rolling out symmetrical speeds in Arlington, VA?
I just signed up for Xfinity, switching over from Starry due to promotions in my building. I purchased symmetrical 1 Gbps. All of my plans available had symmetrical speeds, with 2 Gbps being the cap. My broadband fact sheet says it's symmetrical.
However, I only get 100 Mbps upload speeds. Online support verified I should be getting symmetrical speeds - twice - and today they sent a tech. The tech confirmed that it isn't available in my building yet. But this is what Xfinity is selling, and this is what I'm paying for. What's going on? When will I be able to get what I'm paying for, if ever?
