Switching providers

I will be switching providers and want to know which company offers service at similar prices. After the terrible customer service and the app being unusable it’s a surprise I didn’t do this earlier.

I have called several times to get updates on the outages to my internet and have been met with the same AI chat bot over the phone that bars me from speaking to an agent and receiving any updates on restoration. When referred to the app to check the status of the outage, I have received the same cryptic “as soon as possible” response prompt and judging from the lack of clarity that many other customers on these forums have experienced it is not just an issue that I am facing. With a whirlwind of certainty surrounding when I will receding internet connection back, I would rather not wait on “as soon as possible” and the circuitous route I have taken from the app and service updates pages and just switch my internet to a different provider. I understand the circumstances but I have had power for the past 5 days and have been without internet connection since then.
