Switching of mobile plan

Hi, I started a new mobile plan yesterday via chat, but it turns out it’s not the Xfinity Mobile plan that’s included with my internet—it’s the Now Xfinity Mobile plan. I’d like to cancel it and switch to the one that’s bundled with my internet. I tried chat service but I cannot talk to a live operator. Can you help?

Hey there user_yq6uqt 👋 I appreciate you taking the time to reach out here in our community, and would be happy to help however possible! I'm siked to hear that you joined the Xfinity Mobile family ❤️

When it comes to our Xfinity mobile offerings, one of the best benefits we have going on for our customers through 6/21/25 is being able to take advantage of an Unlimited 5G mobile line for a full year with your internet service of 300mbps or higher! Is this the offer you took advantage of?

Our NOW Mobile service on the other hand, is a prepaid service offering unlimited 5G data for $25 per line per month, with taxes and fees included.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, that’s the one I thought I had signed up for yesterday. However, it wasn’t clearly stated that it was Now Xfinity Mobile, so I misunderstood until I received the confirmation text.

Could you please help me cancel this plan and switch to the Unlimited Xfinity Mobile plan that’s included with my internet? FYI: I haven’t activated it yet.

Hey there user_yq6uqt I would be happy to look into this for you. We would just need some additional information.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
