Switching Back to a Student Plan/Discount

I am a graduate student who, when I moved into my apartment, signed up for a year-long student wifi plan (about $40 a month, I think now it might be $45).  This plan expired in September and I would like to know if there is a way for me to re-sign up for it or get back on it.  Thank you!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_x5mxzh Thank you for reaching out for help with your student discount plan. It's a great offer for our student customers to help keep costs down. It is only available to new customers, so renewing your current plan would not be an available option. Your account would have to be closed out or canceled for at least 90 days to requalify as a new customer for that plan. The non-discounted plan is still a great rate compared to our other pricing options, but I would be happy to review available options with you.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
