Switched plans and paying extra for faster upload speeds, still getting old upload speed.
Hello, I started my Xfinity plan back in January and I went with the Gigabit plan that included 1000mbps down and 35mbps up with $75/month new customer pricing. Well sometime in the last couple months Xfinity upgraded the service in my area and replaced all the original plans with new ones that provided significantly faster upload speeds. I wanted the faster upload so I switched to the new current gigabit plan that advertises 300mbps up for $108. Several weeks later I still only get upload speeds of 35mbps and when I go to the "manage my plan" page on my account it shows 35mbps up, yet the "network facts" page says I should be getting closer to 300mbps. So now I'm paying $108 a month for the exact same plan I was paying $75 a month for. What I want to do is either get the upload speed I'm paying for or go back to the old pricing I had.
