Switch Xfinity perk (Max)

My Max account is provided by Xfinity. For some reason, it is now applied to a different account. I would like to move the Xfinity perks from one Max account to my old one but have had no luck. I have tried to delete the new account but It will not allow me to delete it unless there is no active subscription, I have tried to unlink the Xfinity as well but there is no prompt available.

Hey there @user_pxl14b thanks for taking the time to reach out regarding these MAX login issues! When Max is linked to Xfinity, this is associated with your Primary Xfinity ID. Was this changed at all recently? Did you by chance sign up for a new Max account directly through Max for another device?
