I see you've already sent us a direct message, and we're happy to continue with you in a direct response, but please keep in mind for the future that sending unsolicited private messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Help & Support Forums, is a violation of Forum Guidelines. In the future we ask that after you create your post, wait for one of us to invite you to message us directly, so it generates a ticket in our system. While we did not move you from Xfinity Internet to NOW Internet, it's great that we were simply able to provide you with a new promotional rate for the same great service you have now :) Plus, that Automatic Payments and Paperless billing Discount (APPD) makes a big difference, too. You should know what to expect on your next few bills now, due to the proration (partial credit) caused by today's update, but as I said in our last direct message - feel free to create a new post any time!
