Switch from current Xfinity Internet to NOW Internet

Just like this post, Switching from Xfinity to NOW Internet (May 2026), I'd like to setup a pending cancellation of my current Xfinity Internet Service so I can switch to NOW internet service. And I needed to make a post before I can DM the needed information in order for a pending cancellation to be done on my internet. My current promotional pricing is set to expire on June 15, 2026 so I'd like to get it swapped over before then to minimize outage. I also understand I can no longer use my own device and one is provided that I must use for NOW internet service and that I'll no longer be eligible for member rewards.
