Sweepstakes Entry Error
Since June 2025, I have been unable to enter any sweepstakes. Each time I try, I receive an error message stating that it's not working and to try again. I have submitted multiple support tickets regarding this issue, but each one has been closed without resolution. I have not received any communication from Xfinity explaining the issue or what steps were taken to address it. As a customer of several decades, I would expect better communication and more effective support.
