Swapping equipment

Hello:

After a strong thunderstorm/power surge, my bedroom cable TV box and internet modem are slow and dropping out (main TV box is fine).  I would like to swap these two items but it is difficult to get to a local Xfinity store with my work schedule.  Would it be possible to have these shipped to me?
