Swap XB7 with XB8 - Smart Home devices issues
Hello, I am currently a gigabit customer and have been experiencing some issues with my smart home devices and the XB7 (specifically with Apple HomeKit) in my research, I’ve come access users that explain how the XB7 is causing this issue but it seems to have been fixed with the XB8. As result I would like to request to swap my XB7 for an XB8 if possible.

EnzoV the fastest way to get an XB7 or a modem swap is to visit an Xfinity store. You can make an appointment using the following link. We can ship one as well. This takes about 3-5 business days.
