swap my gateway

Hello

I am a xfinity NOW internet customer and I would like to switch to standard Xfinity connect plan. How can I swap my gateway?

I did visit the local store, and they say, they have no idea what the NOW internet connection is, and are refusing to swap my existing gateway to the gateway that is required for connect internet. I am hoping you can put in the swap order for me

Since NOW internet is a different department than Xfinity, you would just sign up for services as a new customer user_qvni7t
