Suspicious chat agent

Hi,

I'd like to report a live chat agent for providing incorrect information about Xfinity internet plans, making unrelated comments, and sharing unnecessary information about themselves.

Please let me know how I can report on this. I have the transcript saved and the name of the agent.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related......................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
