suspended account

my account has been suspended 3-4 times i lost count i have been calling since june /july for credit of cable services i was told that a ticket was placed and for me to continue to pay my internet bill which i have been paying. now there telling me i bc an not get my internet restored without paying 180.00 when my bi is 30.90 a month

Have you paid your bill while it's been suspended?  If not that's why you have a bill of $180+.

Good evening user_gx6bk5. I certainly can understand the concern if you are looking to have services restored. I know you mentioned awaiting a credit, and I will be happy to look into that for you, during that time as @BruceW mentioned, had payments still been made during that time? I am happy to look into this further, I will just need some additional information.
