Suspended account

How do I get a soft suspension lifted on my account.  I made a partial payment this morning but my TV says I’m still suspended.

Has anyone had a payment arrangement to have a suspension lifted, only to have to contact Comcast every day to get it relifted until the payment date?

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
