How do I suspend service while I’m gone for winter?

user_51gxza, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand the concern with needing to put services on a seasonal plan when gone for the winter. You've reached the right team to assist. Over social media, we are dedicated to resolving seasonal plan requests such as this. We can help. To enroll, simply follow these steps.
 
1. Go to the Seasonal Convenience Plan homepage and click Enrollment & Manage Seasonal.
2. Sign in with your Xfinity username and password.

3. Pick your start and end dates, then click Continue.

4. Choose the email you would like us to contact you at. You can also enter a different one.

5. Select where you would like the bill sent while you are away. 

6. Select the service you want and click Continue.

7. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Continue.

8. Review your information, agree to the monthly charges, then click Submit.

9. After you submit, you’ll see a confirmation screen. 

10. You’ll also get a confirmation email shortly after you sign up.
