Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_up3f4k! Has a technician recently come out and advised a conduit is needed in order to have our services installed? If not, we may be able to install an aerial drop or have our construction team bury the line.

The house is roughly 700’ off the main road so I would assume they’d wanna bury it rather than utilize a drop line. A tech has not been onsite to see the build yet

Thank you for clarifying that @user_up3f4k! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely open a serviceability ticket for your address. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
