Surprised by Recent Customer Service Experience
This is not really a question but a comment (unable to find a better way to praise good work). I just had the best experience with an Xfinity agent named Iris. She instantly understood my problem and fixed it without issue. She even called back a few days later to make sure things were resolved. Wow! If anyone in managment over at Xfinity is reading this...please, please more of that for everyone! That's how you keep customers.
