My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I’ve been a Comcast customer for a long time. I’ve had comcast service at this address from 2016 through 2024. We recently rebuilt the house at this address and had to move the internet service conduit about 20 feet. The conduit runs about 450 feet from the comcast service box at my mailbox. I now need a new line running from the Comcast service box. There is a pull cord in the conduit to accomplish this. Now, I’m being told by Comcast that they can not provide service to my address even though Comcast service was at my house for years prior. All I need is a new line pulled in an existing conduit. No construction, digging, etc… required. Why have I received a message saying Comcast can’t do this? I’ve had three separate techs come to the house and they all said we need a Comcast construction crew to run the wire as it’s over 300 feet and they were sent in error. Why haven’t I been contacted by the construction team to install my line? Please help. This has been incredibly frustrating.
