Hi, I am trying to get in touch with someone to rectify a markout issue at one our job sites. We have called in a markout and 3 mismarks and also reported a damaged line due to mismarks to the dig call center. Comcast keeps sending back clear/ no conflict emails without going out to mark the lines. There are lines because we hit one and there are cable risers within the area. How do we talk to someone about getting these lines marked out?? Please advise on how to speak with someone directly to have the lines marked so we can finish our job.
