Hello, I'm representing the estate of [Edited: Personal Information].  She passed away in January.   I closed her account and returned all the equipment. She is still getting texts from you asking her to return the equipment.  My name is [Edited: Personal Information] and I am the executor of her estate.

mikela_n1 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating it would be to have returned equipment and still be getting notifications to return that equipment. Just to confirm, was the equipment returned in January, or more recently? When the equipment was returned was it taken into a service center or sent back via UPS and did you get a receipt?
