I’m just curious what the plan is for returning service in Nashville.  Tuesday will be a week since my power has returned.

The lack of communication and updates is going to cost your company a lot of business I suspect.  It’s very frustrating.

Any specific information would be appreciated.  Even better would be restoring service.

Jc2417 In a situation where there is a wide power issue, getting residential power back is always the top priority. While you may have power at the home, our equipment/node signal distribution equipment is most likely still without power. Our field teams are monitoring everything closely and aim to get everything resolved asap.
