My experience with getting Xfinity support has been horrendous.  Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible.  The automated phone tree is one of the worst I have ever used.  The AI assistant is 100% the most useless chat tool I have ever used.  I have spoken to two agents in the past couple months and both acknowledged and agreed the phone tree and the chat agent 'need work'.  Does anyone in Comcast leadership even care??  The customer experience is soooo bad.

Your Xfinity AI assistant on the app is worthless, except for very, very basic things.  Do you have a live person chat somewhere?  That would be very helpful
