Support Ticket? Email contact?

How do I put a support ticket in writing, where I may communicate back and forth with somebody? Over the course of several months now, I've tried to get one problem solved, talked through hours of "Live Agents" and fought the AI loop to get any progress - I've even had these live agents promise me they put in a ticket with the appropriate office - pledge to credit my account on behalf of the hoops I've jumped through, and nothing changes, nothing happens - I am thankful I have the Transcript from the most recent of these, and would be happy to share it. I just want access, or forwarding to/from my email account.

Hi, I have been using Thunderbird email client for years to get my comcast email and has been working great.  For the last couple weeks, it has been very flaky and the just stopped working altogether.  I believe it was Friday the 23rd or Saturday the 24th of May it worked flawlessly.  Sunday the 25th it stopped working completely and still not working at all.  So, it seems like your techs made some changes for the best then made changes that broke the system again.  I have tried both Pop and imap settings.  Only thing that works is going to the website.  Please help.

Thank you very much,

Chad Harbert

Greetings user_bx1d24

Appreciate you touching base with us here on the forums. If the website is working to access and send messages, it would be best to touch base with Thunderbird support to investigate the impacted access.
