Support Text Service

I have never been so disrespected as a customer. My internet went out, I work from home so this is a serious and immediate issue. When I contact the text support and I expressed that to them and at first they were helpful, said I was put on the priority list and was tols a tech will be here in a couple hours. Hours past and no tech, when I reached out again I was switched to 4 different support staff and each time I had to repeat my issue. Never getting any real help whatsoever. When I asked for a manager I got transferred again, and then was left on silent, no response. This is the most disrespectful customer service line ever, not mention it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of a real person over the phone, the automated system just circles around and around and refers you to the support chat. If I didn't have multiple people in my house relying on this service I would cancel immediately.
