Support - please help me close my account

I want to close my account and can't find a way to. I've moved, no longer need or use the service and am still being charged.

It's frustrating that you have no option on your website. The chat feature can't connect me with a human until 6 days from now. This is a deliberate and greedy company choice to make it hard for people to stop paying for a service that they don't need.
