Support Needed-Downed Wires
I reported potentially hazardous downed cable wires on 5/20. A ticket was opened and I was assured that Xfinity would come to my house to repair the wires by today, 5/21. That has not happened, nor have I received an update.
Please escalate and assist asap. I cannot reach a live person via phone. I had to go to an Xfinity store to report my issue. All stores are closed now.
Xfinity's automated phone customer service is abysmal, especially in cases of an emergency.
Please send a technician today.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
