Support is a joke

They call you back and offer the same inflated prices if you are a long time customer in good standing. Any suggestions? Cancel service? Social media? Does anyone listen to customers in this organization?
im thinking of approaching the local chamber of commerce rep. Has anyone tied that?

It's a joke. They won't even let me sing in now. It says Access denied.

@XfinityAdrienne Im getting access denied when I try to sign in. This is what customers have to deal with and then work extra hours to compensate for the time taken away from work and pay the inflated bills

I do apologize, @user_lmy2qw! That certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, and then attempting to sign back in. Let us know if you are able to get signed in.
