support for an open ticket... STILL NO RESPONSE!

Please help me I have an open ticket for an exposed cable that's been goin on FOR WEEKS !! when is someone going to contact me?? Edit:[Personal Information]

I am at my wits end. Comcast closed an exposed cable ticket without fixing the problem. It is so hard to communicate with these people!

I am not sure what you can do. They said they were at my house and fixed the problem but I did not see ANYONE! No communication nothing..

Typically, the turn around time for the lines to be buried is 14 days, but could be longer if permitting is required.
