Supervisor/Manager # to speak to
A tree fell on the power and caused it to pull my power box off the wall on the 4th. Power down till the 12th
I've been trying to get someone' since the12th to send a tech to come and fix my cable internet box and I can't seem to get the help. I call and speak to an agent gives me a ticket # and noone shows up. I call again and same thing happens i cant keep taking off work to have them come at between times was said and noone comes. Now im given from 6am to 8pm tonight I'm so frustrated with this I've been down since the 4th. I just need some help.
