I’ve been sitting here waiting for 35 minutes on hold to talk to a supervisor to try to set up some kind of payment plan for my internet, they said I was next in line, sent me to hold, and they just now hung up on me without speaking to me, I’ve been nothing but respectful, I’m tired, I’ve been in and out of the hospital, I’m probably going to leave Xfinity, thanks.
