Supervisor number

I'm done

I need a supervisor's number and I need to talk to them now no more verifying my information no more giving out my information no more nothing I'm paying for services I do not have and don't seem to be able to get anybody to fix them multiple visits to home multiple wasted hours over the phone no more

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I also would like to send a direct message, but the only thing next to the bell icon is a turquoise circle with a drop down list for my account, NOT for sending a message. Can you clarify?

@XfinityEva​ the person who ultimately retired could NOT help with XFINITY’s mobile. He did however create a ticket ( this is around the 6th ticket created) and escalated to the resolution team. Hopefully I’ll be at the very least moving in a positive direction instead of further down the rabbit hole. This has been the most experience I’ve ever had so far in life. Not exaggerating! I’ve wasted so much time (hours at a time) just trying to get what is owed and has been promised. Why certain companies make this so incredibly difficult I’d nothing more than a tactic to wear the customer out in hoped they give up. End result the company keeps our money. This is a horrible principle to run on! Hope America turns the corner soon and becomes a great place to live again. 

And if this that I’ve gone thru is not enough for one.   …. All this fighting act I don’t even have decent service ( which is what started this ordeal in the just place) service is still not even decent.  Crackling phone calls, messages coming in multiple times, emails not coming in real time, system sounds even tho every possible setting is set off. And’s the Bluetooth lags horribly never ready to record until a free seconds have passed which I forget when using in the car so my messages steer so messed up. So this is really horrible with a brand new I phone.  And the home internet/WiFi oh my.. first month of service act 4 modem routers were installed before I finally gave up. Constantly dropping my security alarm, my mobile using WiFi is ridiculous… cuts out, always telling me I have no connection or internet, it’s so slow connection at times I abort. 
so I’ve been going thru a lot of (lack of) service issues and also fighting for a refund I was already promised multiple times to my card it originated from.  Just to wake up yesterday to see XFINITY attempted to charge me 888 plus yesterday. Who knows what for.  Very very shady practices  it feels like theft to me! So sad to say
