Super slow internet speed
I need Comcast to fix my super slow internet speed. Down stream speed come to trickle, average 6mb/s despite paying for 1G package. Happen a week ago after Comcast service outage last Friday.
i’m working from home and need the bandwidth problem resolve quick or will cancel service

The outage was in Tracy area, did my diligence to check connections, restart modem multiple times. Router working fine, tested with neighbor dsl connection

Comcast support is non existent, calling listed number. Multiple times with call get dropped ot hung up
