Sunset of support app

I am so confused. I am getting this correct in that in order to access CRITICAL information regarding your xfinity account, you now MUST purchase/use either an iPhone or and Android device and download an app? Hopefully I am misunderstanding something?

Thanks for your response. I am trying to confirm that I would have to download a mobile app in order to get important account information, such as devices that are logged into my network, go forward. Just seems odd to me if so as I am sure there are Xfinity customers who don't own iphones or android devices, and some users prefer to use desktop applications versus mobile applications.

Thank you, @user_45f159 for getting back to me! Our Xfinity App does work for Android and iOS operating systems, I don't have an Apple I use the App all the time on my phone. You can most definitely go to Xfinity.com and log onto your account.-Richard
