Sunday Ticket redemption
Is anyone else struggling to redeem NFL Sunday Ticket? I go to add the service and my app says it’s 0 then my computer says it’s $240 but it is not letting me redeem the purchase. It says it is added to my cart, but it is not allowing me to checkout with it. Then it won’t let me remove the service to re-add to try the process over. Any advice?

We'd love to help in any way we can :) Typically, when the web portal or mobile app stalls during checkout, standard troubleshooting can help (or at least isolate where the issue is stemming from). I would definitely recommend trying the following:
- Clear cache and cookies
- Use incognito/private mode
- Switch browsers or devices
- Sign out, log back in, and remove all items from the cart
- Add the item back while in a clean session
- Verify your billing details are accurate
- Disable VPNs or proxies
- Check service and account eligibility
(account is in good standing and has no other pending work orders)
