Summer of Movies rewards still broken

A lot of customers are reporting that they cannot redeem the Summer of Movies rewards. It has been 3 weeks and there is still no resolution. Xfinity, are you going to give customers a link to redeem all the free movies we missed?

I just called Xfinity support about movies not showing up on my rewards page and was told there are no movies to redeem as a Diamond member. Apparently Saving Private Ryan was added today but like all the other movies I have no way to claim it. The agent had no clue what I was talking about and had no idea there were movies like Mean Girls, Sing 2 or Saving Private Ryan to redeem as part of this rewards promotion and so as far as he was concerned there is nothing to fix.

@AJ08​ That's ridiculous! It seems like Xfinity started this promotion without informing their agents. Within the past 2 weeks, I spoke to 5 agents and none of them had a clue. I also sent a chat message to Xfinity Support, but no agent responded. It's like they're ignoring the customers at this point.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

@XfinityRay I sent a message earlier today and the agent said that the team is still working on the issue. If the team cannot fix the rewards page, Xfinity should provide a link for customers to add all the past free movies to their account.
