Suggestion for communicating information to customers

Any communication from Xfinity to the customer(s) should include their account number or location for reference.

I have three Comcast accounts in three different states with dozens of pieces of equipment that I either leased or owned. With that said, many times I receive Emails or notifications from you that are not clear on which account or equipment you are talking about.

I'm sure this would benefit you and many other customers going forward :). I'm also happy to answer any questions you have about the Email notifications you received about your equipment.
