Suddenly no longer with Xfinity and don’t know why
My Wifi with xfinity stopped working but then when I logged into my account It stated that I am no longer with xfinity. My bill was autopaid on August 23, my current cycle doesn’t end until September 3rd per my last statement, and today is August 26, therefore I don’t understand what is wrong with my account. Unfortunately the app nor the chat bot is not helpful. Please assist.
