Suddenly kicked off of wifi now pass

I can't sign into "xfinitywifi" on any of my devices even though I paid for 30 days of wifi access. Here is my proof of purchase in the screenshot below. It is now the 30th of July and as you can see my renewal date is clearly set for the 31st. Yet I've been totally disconnected from their services and cant even talk to customer service. Their assistance "bot" just keeps saying they are busy and gives me an error code when trying to talk to an agent. WORST SERVICE EVER! XFINITY IS AWFUL AND WILL NOT HONOR ITS WORD OR ANY CONTRACTS MADE WITH ITS CUSTOMERS. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau and leaving 1-star reviews on their apps in every app store they are in.
